Albert J. Alvarez, Esq
The son of immigrants, Albert was born and raised in New Jersey, and received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Seton Hall University and his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law. He is fluent in Spanish and German.
While a law student, Albert was elected by his peers to be the editor-in-chief of the Computer and Technology Law Journal. After law school, Albert served as a law clerk in the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
Albert has experience in both the public and private sectors, having worked in various capacities over the years for the State of New Jersey as well as with several mid-sized law firms. Albert has extensive experience as a defense attorney litigating criminal matters in Superior Court. Moreover, Albert is a DWI defense attorney and has tried dozens of cases in various municipal courts throughout the state. In addition to criminal and traffic matters, Albert also handles civil litigation, specifically, contract disputes, debt collection, and landlord-tenant matters.
